    ESTANCO In Spain, an estanco is a government-licensed tobacconist's, recognizable by a brown and yellow "T" sign. Cigarettes can also be bought at some bars, restaurants and quioscos, but at a higher price. As well as tobacco products the estanco sells stamps, papel timbrado (official forms) and coupons for the quiniela or football pools.
